Terms of Services

All services provided by Terri’s Web Designs are subject to the following Terms of Service. The purpose of this document is to

avoid any misunderstandings, etc. between Terri’s Web Designs and the client.

My Services

Terri’s Web Designs specializes in designing and maintaining web sites for individuals, businesses, and organizations. I can

scan and edit photos, design graphics, and create your web site all for a reasonable fee.

You may request my services any time via e-mail or phone. A 50% deposit is required before services begin. Payments can be

paid on-line or mailed by check. All checks payable to Terri Queensberry.

Service cancellation may also be made at any time. You will be billed for any work done prior to cancellation.

My Responsibilities

- To complete your web site in a timely manner.

- To strive to design your web site to work well in many different browsers.

- To work promptly with you to correct any web site errors that might be found.

- To give you sufficient notice of price changes, vacation dates, etc.

Your Responsibilities

- To provide me with all text content by mail or e-mail format.

- To never ask me to post copyright, illegal, harmful, or offensive material to your web site.

- To retain a copy of all data provided to me for your own records and in case a duplicate copy is needed.

- To promptly notify me of any web site errors found so that they can be corrected.
